Here is a quick roundup of everything at NextCounsel this August
In August, our customers remain our topmost priority and we are constantly evolving our services to support their entire user experience.
We have launched our very anticipated nextPLOS application version 1.0 and it has been received with several reviews but most importantly, we achieved our quest to solve or bridge the gap between in-house lawyers and external solicitors.
NextCounsel identified a problem in the industry and moved to solve it. We currently have AMCON and SEPLAT Petroleum as our foundation users. More update on the functionality of the nextPLOS Application soon.
Since we launched the nextPLOS application, we are moving to solve more problems in the legal industry, We are looking at how best to serve the individual lawyers and small law firms, do you have any idea you think will be helpful? Reply to this email.
This August, we have focused on migrating the last set of clients from the old version of the NextCounsel Application to the new one. This migration makes it easier to tend to all client-related issues. One of the favourite additions to this version is the Live support — This means you can request for help from your system and someone from NextCounsel support team would respond immediately.
There is a new addition to our growing team, in the person of Sharon Aludo. She will be handling client relationship services and sales; we are excited to see what she will be doing with her vast experience in sales, product and Client relationship Management.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are still working remotely to ensure the safety of staff and clients.
