Here is a quick roundup of everything at NextCounsel this February

Maintaining old clients while searching for new ones remain our topmost priority throughout the month of February. Our new support tool has made interaction with users seamless and faster.

Also, we are creating relationships with clients in a way that makes it easier to discover users pain point hence assisting in finding better and faster resolutions.

As the month of January, migration is still ongoing for most of our client. What this has taught us has been the importance of change management and communication. Humans are a species of habit. The reason change is met with so much disdain is because once we become accustomed to a certain method, we’d rather stick with it, however, like with everything else, change must happen, and it is constant.

(Just because something is not broken does not mean it should not be fixed)

We introduced the NextCounsel feedback to two of our clients this month, we hope to expand it through the year to all of our clients.
Getting feedback gives a better understanding of the users feel, what they need and what is most important to them. Also, this review has become somewhat of a report card for us to know how well we are doing in terms of customer satisfaction. I mean, the only reason we are in business is because of our clients

We are still working on a new product that would revolutionize how lawyers would work and engage with their clients soon. We have deployed this application to two big firms and we are pretty excited about this. Once it is gone through beta testing be rest assured to hear from us about it.

We have added one (1) new client to the NextCounsel system within the time-frame of Jan- Feb and we are excited to have them join us.
We are getting bigger and better and we are glad to have you on board with us.
